** Make sure the below Profile Options before creating the Price List

QP: Source System Code = Oracle Pricing

1- Create a Freight Carriers.
Setup > Organization > Freight Carriers
After Creating the freight carrier click on organization assignment and assign it to your organization.
2- After assigning go to the customer's Account tab and link it with customer's Ship method on Order Management tab as shown below.
